The famous philosopher/author Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862) will visit the Danville Public Library through the dramatic skills of experienced scholar-actor Kevin Radaker. Radaker will present a 45 minute dramatic monologue set in 1860 using the words of Thoreau, followed by a question an answer time in character and a separate question and answer period about the scholarly process.
