Join us each month to learn the basics of safe and effective food preservation with expert-led video sessions from the U of I. Perfect for gardeners, home cooks, and anyone curious about preserving seasonal flavors!

What is the difference between pressure canning and water bath canning? What equipment do I need? What recipes are safe to use? This program answers these questions, along with up-to-date information on canning. Whether you are new to canning or have been doing it for years and want a refresher, this program is for you!
