Project Uplift, in its fourth year, is designed to connect homeless, or home insecure, persons and families and those who love them with information and resources within the Danville community. The event is 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the library’s first floor meeting room.
Wee Wigglers Storytime
Wee Wigglers storytimes contain songs, stories, and serious silliness for the youngest book-lovers. Tuesdays from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. in the Children’s Program Room. For children from birth up to 24 months, with a caregiver.
Kids’ Snack Club
Make fun snacks Kids’ Snack Club at 3:30 p.m. in the Children’s Program Room. For children, ages 5-18; children under 8 with a caregiver.
Coffee & Comics at Mad Goat South
Mad Goat South 701 S. Gilbert, Danville, ILCoffee & Comics book group discusses a different comic or graphic novel. 6:00 p.m. at Mad Goat South (701 S. Gilbert St), with support from Vintage Villains. This month we are discussing Batman: I Am Gotham (Rebirth v. 1) by Tim King and David Finch.
